We will maintain your elevator units using trained personnel directly employed and supervised by Dynamic Elevator Control Corp. Maintenance will includes inspection, lubrication, and minor adjustment, as well as some parts.

We check relay contacts and readjust electronic components, including their terminals, connections and functionality. We also check the contacts of the motor starter, the parameters of the solid state, and adjustments. Count on us to check the protections of the overload and phase relay, and the time it takes to go into effect.

Our team also checks the auxiliary contacts block of starters,
and the electronic parameters to protect the motor in the solid state, and its adjustments. In addition, we can also check and adjust reversing starters, the control valve, and the level of oil in the submersible pump, and we clean the filter system of the pumps.

Our experience provides the knowledge to spot contamination or decomposition of hydraulic oil for the best functionality. In addition, we also check the voltage of the control fuses for the best protection of electronic parts.

We can also check and adjust the fuses of the main breaker, provide general cleaning of the machine room and check the functionality of the battery lowering unit.

We adjust and maintain the door hanger roller assemblies, door gibs guides, door parts and equipment, door interlock switch, door track, pick-up roller assembly, and door spirator.

Our team is also trained to check key switch access for up/down, fire service key switch phase one (1) and fire tabs brackets.

We check the pit flood alarm, stop switch and light, and adjust and maintain the limit switch. Our team also does general cleaning of this area and lubricates the railing.
